Pak Mail in Mount Pleasant has partnered with Cell Phones For Soldiers to provide troops with free calls home. Pak Mail and nonprofit Cell Phones For Soldiers Inc. are asking Charleston area residents to help troops call home by donating gently -used cellular phones. Donated phones are sent for recycling and then sold or components from phones are sold. For every donated phone, Cell Phones For Soldiers is able to provide two and a half hours of free talk time to deployed troops.  “Any person shipping to an APO/FPO address will be given a 1-hour phone card to send to their soldier.” Bill Pysh, owner
